Responsibilities

  • Liaise with TA for Onboarding process ie prepare Letter of Employment and etc.
  • Liaising with Hiring Managers on hiring (HM checklist completion).
  • Create new hires profiles (EC and S4) and P-filing.
  • Submission of work passes application via EP Online/WPOL.
  • Processing of medical vendors’ invoices.
  • Assist new hires queries and TA queries.
  • Provide other day-to-day HR administrative support

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder in HR / Business Administration 
  • At least 1 year of HR work experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance of employee master data
  • Work pass application and renewal
  • Experience of SAP/Success Factor knowledge will be an added advantage
 
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
