Responsibilities

Perform installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of endpoint hardware and images consisting of the following but not limited to: Operating System, Software/Applications, Drivers, upgrades, updates and hotfixes.
Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and services, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability of applications.
Collaborate with development teams to architect and deploy cloud-native applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Wintel and Hyper-V infrastructure, applications, and connectivity.
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for Hyper-V environments and virtualized resources.
Provide administration of back-end infrastructure services with focus on PC Imaging.
Support desktop and server related escalations pertaining to Workplace Management tools issues.
Perform Quality Assurance testing for changes to endpoint devices.
Contribute to the streamlining of daily operational processes, such as automations.
Ensure smooth running of daily operations.
Update and maintain proper documentation and reports.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Information System.
At least 5 years of experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory, MS Hyper V, Hyper V Manager and Veeam backup
VCP, Hyper V, Cloud certification are a plus.
Proficient in troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills.
Self-driven and ability to work independently.
