Responsibilities
- Oversees the functional aspects of SAP implementation projects.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing SAP solutions, leading functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and providing guidance on best practices.
- Should have deep knowledge of SAP modules and processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a focus on functional roles.
- SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, or others depending on the specific project requirements.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading functional teams, providing guidance, and ensuring project success.
- Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand business requirements, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during implementation and ensure project milestones are met.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design SAP solutions to meet business needs.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and technologies.
- Certifications: Optional, but certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional can be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S4 HANA BRIM and public healthcare industry.
