Responsibilities

Understand servers, networks, applications, and IT security systems
Maintain and update IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses, and configurations)
Track asset lifecycle including deployment, relocation, renewal, and end-of-life status
Ensure completeness and accuracy of asset records and supporting documentation
Work with internal teams to update asset master lists and ensure proper classification
Track patch releases, vulnerabilities, and security advisories
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for patch assessment, testing, and deployment
Maintain patch schedules and ensure timely updates in accordance with policies
Monitor patch compliance and follow up on outstanding patching actions
Work with team and managers on various documentations
Understand IT processes and asset management
Support IT project, vendor & team coordination

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1+ years of experience in IT support
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and Active Directory
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is an advantage

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months Agency Contract employment.
