Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage, networks, and on‑premise environments.
Ensure high availability, redundancy, and system performance across infrastructure components.
Manage VMware/Hyper‑V platforms and support Windows OS and Windows Server Environments.
Perform system monitoring, setup, patching, backup, DR and automate tasks.
Closely collaborate with Service Delivery Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations.
Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters
Set up network switches, perform network checks, and configure IP settings for project devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and IT system issues.
Support data migration, integration, monitoring, security and compliance.
Participate in system integration, UAT/FAT/SAT, deployment, staging, and production setup.
Work with services such as AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM.

Requirements

Degree/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in infrastructure or system engineering roles.
Experience with backup/recovery, documentation, and supporting tender requirements.
Familiarity with certification/key management and common infrastructure services.
Experience with Linux (RHEL) will be advantageous.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and time‑management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 year Agency Contract employment.
