Responsibilities

  • Champion Agile Project Management in all team member.
  • Lead and manage the IT team and inspire team towards high performance and common goals
  • Setup and run Application development in house
  • Support annual budget Planning and monthly Project review meeting
  • HR Prosoft Module support / Global Project lead for HRMS
  • Setup and maintain for HR Module (Prosoft or similar experience in SAP)
  • Coordinate audit and follow up with open issues (IT Governance and Compliance)
  • Review the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems pertaining to the IT and make appropriate recommendations
  • Formalize Project Management and Architecture Board.
  • Provide training and ensure adoption for HR Project Management
  • Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Min 5 - 7 years of relevant IT project management experience
  • Good knowledge of Project Management, HRMS , IT Governance and compliance
  • Proficient in HRMS, Microsoft Project and Office Application
  • Communicate well with organizational and planning abilities
  • Independent, good initiative and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Possess certification in COBIT/ ITIL/ PMP / SCRUM Master will be advantageous
