Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and leading the billing operations
• Creating, implementing, and enforcing procedures and policies, as well as streamlining effective billing processes across the healthcare institutions
• Direct the billing team and ensure Cloud tenants are billed properly (without overcharging or undercharging) and payments are collected on time
• Provide solutions to complex billing issues as they occur
• Assess and detect errors in billing processes and make corrections
• Support other personnel and departments in billing process
• Preparing statistical and financial reports for management Reporting
• Evaluate and determine new cloud services and pricing
• Work closely with Finance and take ownership of Cloud Business including P&L, cashflow and reserves reporting.
• Work closely with Finance to produce clear and concise financial / presentation decks to provide analytical insights to internal and external stakeholders or to address adhoc issues
• Directs and guides the Project manager, review different project requests, timeline and cost.
• Develops, distribute, supports, enforces, and integrate best practices and technology standards

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in Business, Finance or Information Technology
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service
• Experience in managing project finance matters for large projects in IT companies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to be clear and concise in thought process and communication to enable effective stakeholder management
• Experience in Managing Multi-dollar IT project and Billing Operations
