Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling Board and Committee meetings, preparing department’s budget
  • Assist in the shareholders’ meetings including booking of venue, requesting for quotes, liaising with vendors on setting up/tearing down documentations
  • Assist Directors in resolving their ipad/email accounts issues
  • Assist in security clearance for Directors and visitors
  • Updating and maintaining of secretariat / archive records and office assets
  • Processing of invoices, filing of documents, ordering of office supplies
  • Any other matters as assign

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably familiar with Corporate Secretariat functions
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
