Responsibilities

  • Support Annual Learning Needs Analysis and implement learning plan for staff learning and development needs
  • Manage employees' training requests and maintain learning records using SuccessFactor Learning Management System
  • Sourcing and liaising with training providers on course registration and payments
  • Manage training grant administration
  • Prepare and issue LOU/ Training Deed
  • Attend to employees' enquiries on L&D matters
  • Support other HR adhoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder with 1 Year HR experience 
  • Team player and is self-motivated to work independently
  • Positive attitude with service oriented mindset
  • Meticulous with effective follow up skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc)- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System would be advantageous

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 8 months / 1 Year agency contract employment.
