Finance Executive (Statutory Finance) / $2500 - $3300

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for inventory management and reporting, and accounting functions of subsidiaries book.
Detailed job scope comprises of:
Responsible for inventory aging and inventory costing
Monitoring of inventory levels and work with Operations to resolve any obsolete inventory issues.
Preparation of monthly reports, eg. Intercompany reconciliation, Inventory sub-modules reconciliations, DNI reporting, and margin analysis reports.
Prepare and maintain accounting and reporting for subsidiaries, including preparation and submission of monthly reporting for Group consolidation purpose.
Preparation of balance sheet schedules on monthly basis.
Preparation of monthly Statutory reporting (e.g. Group reporting pack) for Group consolidation purpose.
Perform annual physical stock-take and reconciliation.
Prompt follow up with Operations on open Sales Order to assist in closure of outstanding issues and closure of Delivery Order not invoiced within 90days

Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft software such as Excel and Powerpoint.
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems would be an advantage.
